Our Wines

It is an honor to introduce you to the first vintage of our Cuevas de Lino white wine, made exclusively with the Vijariego Blanco variety, but very different from other wines in the same category. Like the red, it comes from vineyards located in the valley of El Batán (Anaga), 500 meters above sea level. Cultivated in goblet system, respecting the biodiversity of the area and adapted to the peculiar orography and climate of the region, within the D.O. Tacoronte-Acentejo.

With 13.3% alcohol and an acidity of 5.78 g/L, this dry white stands out for its intense, clean and bright golden color. The nose offers medium intensity with aromas of pear, white flowers and mineral notes. The palate is unctuous, with a light tannic character and a long acidity that persists through to the finish. A pleasure for the senses that will not fail to surprise you with its personality and unique character.

This young red wine, under the DO Tacoronte-Acentejo, is made from 100% Listán Negro. It is grown in the hamlet of El Batán (Anaga), where the vines grow in a low vineyard system on stepped terraces between 400 and 470 meters above sea level. With sustainable practices and a deep respect for the environment, Cuevas de Lino is a faithful reflection of the singularity of the land and climate of the area, resulting in a unique wine, with a singular character and personality of its own.

With 12.8% alcohol and an acidity of 5.2 g/L, it has a garnet red color with violet hues, clean and bright. Ripe red fruit aromas and mineral notes on the nose. The palate is full, fresh and balanced, with a long and persistent finish. It is aged in bottle for a short period of time, which highlights its young and fruity character.
